spirants must have passed 10+2, 02 years ITI Certificate/ 03 years Diploma in any any discipline one of the disciplines i.e.Telecommunication /Electronic /Electrical /Radio /Computer /Instrumentation /Information Technology from a central Govt./State Govt. recognised institutions after matriculation.
